Damaged or Defective Records

If your record arrives damaged or with quality issues, please contact us for next steps so we can ensure you receive a top quality vinyl as you would expect in a bricks and mortar store. From time to time items get damaged in post and/or have defects in pressings which are unforeseen. We will work with you to satisfy your buying expectations and aim to provide new quality pressings at standards of any major retailer.

Refund and Quality Issue Claims

Any claims for refund or quality issues need to be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

The Vinyl Store attempts to depict cover of albums to best of ability based off of barcode and catalogue number as supplied by record company distributor.

Depiction of the product is a digital rendering and for illustrative purposes only. Actual product detailing may vary. Please note due to the custom process, each vinyl unit maybe slightly different in coloration.

Any variance is unintentional and will be corrected if further information regarding accuracy is discovered. We will not refund based off of depiction wherein we have attempted in good faith to convey the correct image and a slight variance is found.

Verification Tips

Please check the Barcode and Catalogue Number as supplied if certain features or variant of an album is being sort after (and check against sites such as https://www.discogs.com/ ), in order to confirm features such as pressing, remastering speeds, as well as value adds such as digital downloads, posters, lyric books etc are included (as we are often reliant on record distributors who provide brief top line detail only and use discogs to provide additional value add details).

We do not photograph actual albums in packaging; rather we source stock images from the internet of Album covers. We apologise if any variance is found and will correct at earliest practicable convenience.
