Across a career spanning more than five decades, Belgium-based American singer-songwriter Tucker Zimmerman has remained one of folk music’s most admired yet under-recognised talents. His work has earned praise from artists including Angel Olsen, Tony Visconti and David Bowie, while Big Thief’s Adrianne Lenker has described him as “one of the greatest songwriters of all time.”
Released in 2024, Dance Of Love is Zimmerman’s 11th studio album and his debut for 4AD. Big Thief serve as his backing band, joined by collaborators Mat Davidson and Zach Burba, bringing warmth and vitality to a collection that moves freely across folk, country, rock and more meditative territory.
