Description
The Smashing Pumpkins’ 1991 debut album, Gish, introduced the band’s distinctive fusion of alternative rock, psychedelia, heavy guitars and dreamlike melodies. Produced by Butch Vig, the album helped establish the group as one of the defining acts of the emerging ’90s alternative scene.
Featuring “I Am One,” “Siva,” “Rhinoceros” and “Daydream,” Gish balances dense, explosive guitar work with quieter and more atmospheric moments. This remastered RSD Essentials reissue is pressed on limited grey vinyl with pink and purple splatter, presented as a heavyweight 180g LP.
