The 1975's landmark self-titled debut album returns in a special Australian Exclusive White Coloured Vinyl 2LP edition, celebrating the record that introduced one of the defining British bands of their generation.

Originally released in 2013, The 1975 brought together the Manchester band's distinctive mix of indie rock, alternative pop, electronic textures, funk and atmospheric production. Fronted by Matty Healy alongside Adam Hann, Ross MacDonald and George Daniel, the album established a sound and aesthetic that would become instantly recognisable.

The record includes some of the band's most enduring early songs, led by the infectious Chocolate, alongside The City, Sex, Girls and Settle Down. Across its expansive tracklist, bright guitar hooks and polished pop melodies sit alongside darker, more atmospheric moments, revealing the ambition that would increasingly define The 1975's later work.

Chocolate became the band's international breakthrough, while Sex transformed an earlier fan favourite into one of the defining tracks of their debut era. The irresistible Girls pushed further into shimmering guitar pop, demonstrating the band's ability to balance alternative influences with enormous pop hooks.

The album was both a commercial breakthrough and the foundation for everything that followed, reaching No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart and establishing The 1975 as a major international act.
