System Of A Down Toxicity

Celebrating 25 years of Toxicity, System of a Down’s landmark second album returns in a special anniversary edition exclusive to independent record stores.

Originally released in 2001, Toxicity fused alternative metal, punk intensity and Armenian musical influences with sharp political commentary and unpredictable songwriting. Featuring essential tracks including “Chop Suey!,” “Aerials,” “Prison Song” and the title track, the album remains one of the defining heavy-rock releases of its generation.

This edition presents the original album on burgundy shadow coloured vinyl, accompanied by a 7-inch single featuring “Johnny,” previously available only as a bonus track on rare 2001 editions. The reverse side carries a custom “25” etched design.

Also included is a custom double-sided poster, while the hidden closing track is now correctly identified as “Der Voghormia,” having previously been mistakenly titled “Arto.”
