Steve Miller Band Abracadabra

Abracadabra is the twelfth studio album from the Steve Miller Band, blending the group's classic rock foundations with the polished pop-rock, synthesizers and new-wave influences of the early 1980s.

Originally released in 1982, the album is led by the instantly recognisable title track Abracadabra, which became one of Steve Miller's biggest international hits. Built around its distinctive guitar riff, electronic pulse and infectious chorus, the song reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and became a major hit around the world.

Beyond the title track, the album moves between melodic rock and sleek early-'80s production on songs including Keeps Me Wondering Why, Something Special, Give It Up, Cool Magic and While I'm Waiting.
