Queen Live At Wembley Stadium

Queen at the absolute height of their powers, Live At Wembley Stadium captures one of the most celebrated concerts in the band's history, presented here as an expansive 3LP set pressed on heavyweight 180g black vinyl and housed in a slipcase.

Recorded at Wembley Stadium in London during July 1986, the performances came just a year after Queen's legendary, show-stealing appearance at Live Aid. Riding the enormous success of A Kind Of Magic, the band embarked on the Magic Tour, their biggest tour to that point and ultimately the final tour to feature Freddie Mercury.

Queen's Wembley shows were spectacular even by the band's standards. The production incorporated an enormous stage and lighting rig as tens of thousands of fans packed the stadium for what would become some of the most iconic performances of Queen's career.

The set draws from across the band's extraordinary catalogue, with Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon delivering classics including Under Pressure, I Want To Break Free, Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions alongside material from the then-new A Kind Of Magic.

The concert also demonstrates the breadth of Queen's influences and their ability to command a stadium while moving effortlessly between hard rock, pop, acoustic performances and rock 'n' roll. Most importantly, it captures the extraordinary connection between Mercury and the Wembley audience — a performance that has become one of the enduring images of Queen as a live band.
