Led by Perry Farrell and featuring fellow Jane’s Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins alongside guitarist Peter DiStefano and bassist Martyn LeNoble, Porno for Pyros combined psychedelic rock, funk, experimental songwriting and hypnotic grooves to create a sound entirely their own.
Featuring favourites including “Pets,” “Tahitian Moon,” “Good God’s Urge” and “Cursed Female,” the collection also includes rarities and a Daniel Avery remix of “Pets.” It offers an ideal introduction to the band’s adventurous catalogue while giving longtime fans a focused selection of essential recordings.
