Phoebe Bridgers Copycat Killer

Copycat Killer presents four songs from Phoebe Bridgers’ acclaimed album Punisher in newly reworked orchestral arrangements. Stripping the tracks back and rebuilding them with sweeping strings, the EP reveals a more intimate and cinematic side to Bridgers’ songwriting.

Created in collaboration with arranger and multi-instrumentalist Rob Moose—known for his work with Sufjan Stevens, The National, Bon Iver, Vampire Weekend and Jay-Z—the collection features evocative new versions of “Kyoto,” “Savior Complex,” “Chinese Satellite” and “Punisher.”

Pressed as a 12-inch vinyl EP playing at 45 RPM, Copycat Killer is a beautifully realised companion to Punisher and a compelling showcase for Bridgers’ voice, lyrics and atmospheric songwriting.
