Description
Originally released in 2016, Holy Ghost is the third studio album from Philadelphia emo favourites Modern Baseball. Produced by Joe Reinhart, the record distils the band’s sharp, emotionally candid songwriting into a tightly focused collection of indie rock, pop-punk and emo.
The album is divided between songs written by Jake Ewald and Brendan Lukens, giving its concise 28-minute runtime two distinct yet complementary perspectives. Highlights include “Everyday,” “Wedding Singer,” “Apple Cider, I Don’t Mind” and “Just Another Face.”
Released through Run For Cover Records, this limited-edition reissue is pressed on striking black-and-blue swirl vinyl.
