MF Doom Born Like This

Originally released in 2009, Born Like This finds MF DOOM returning with one of the darkest and most uncompromising albums of his career. His characteristically dense wordplay, offbeat humour and expansive frame of reference unfold across an ominous collection of rugged, intricately constructed tracks.

The album features guest appearances from Ghostface Killah and Raekwon, alongside production from J Dilla, Madlib and DOOM himself under his Metal Fingers alias. American poet and writer Charles Bukowski also makes a posthumous appearance, reflecting DOOM’s fascination with the relationship between literature, storytelling and hip-hop lyricism.
