Karnivool Themata

Karnivool’s Themata arrives on coloured vinyl for the first time with this “Mauseum Marble” edition, pressed on 180g granite marble double vinyl and housed in a gatefold sleeve.

Originally released in 2005, the Australian band’s debut full-length album combines powerful riffs and rhythmic intensity with intricate alternative rock and ambitious progressive metal arrangements. Ian Kenny’s expressive vocals bring melody and emotional depth to songs that move between driving grooves and spacious atmosphere.

Featuring “L1fel1ke”, “Shutterspeed”, “Roquefort” and the title track, Themata captures the distinctive sound that established Karnivool’s reputation. From the compelling opener “Cote” to the closing “Change (Part 1)”, it remains a rewarding introduction to the band’s adventurous approach to heavy music.
