Description

Originally formed in Perth, WA Jebediah are an award-winning alternative punk/pop band that shot to national prominence thanks to their breakthrough 1995 album ‘Slightly Odway’ which featured the smash singles ‘Jerks Of Attention’, ‘Harpoon’ and indie anthem ‘Leaving Home’ which received national airplay via Triple J and was virtually inescapable that year!

Signed to the infamous murmur label alongside the likes of Silverchair and Something For Kate, Jebediah’s rise was meteoric.
They toured the locally and internationally, headlining festivals and joining contemporaries such as Grinspoon, Powderfinger and You Am I.

2025 marks 30 years of Jebediah as a band. The albums ‘Of Someday Shambles’ and their third ‘self-titled’ album followed in quick succession.

Today Jebediah is still the same, original lineup, still releasing new music and still performing live.
To mark the occasion the band will tour nationally in October and will re-issue their first three albums on coloured vinyl.

‘Of Someday Shambles’ now available on Translucent Blue 2LP with new artwork from acclaimed designer Dave Homer.
