Fischerspooner’s #1 returns on vivid hot pink vinyl for RSD Black Friday 2026, revisiting a defining album of the electroclash movement. Released by Demon Records, this edition brings the duo’s bold electronic sound back to vinyl after a long absence.
Led by the dancefloor anthem “Emerge”, #1 combines sharp synth hooks, theatrical vocals and an art-school sense of experimentation. A cover of Wire’s “The 15th” sits alongside atmospheric diversions and pulsing electronic tracks, capturing the restless spirit of a new millennium.
From “Invisible” to “Natural Disaster”, the album balances club energy with wit, sensuality and unexpected textures. This striking coloured vinyl edition offers a chance to discover—or revisit—the record that established Fischerspooner’s distinctive vision.
