Ezra Collective Here Because of Hope

Mercury Prize and BRIT Award winners Ezra Collective return with Here Because Of Hope, the most ambitious and personal album of their career.

Conceived in three spiritual and geographical movements, the album traces the movement of Black people across continents and generations—from the music of Africa through the rhythms of the Caribbean and onward to the streets of London. Its journey also reaches across the wider African diaspora, including America, where African and Caribbean traditions helped give birth to jazz.

Featuring collaborations with Pa Salieu, Lila Iké and Leona Lewis, Here Because Of Hope brings together contemporary jazz, Afrobeat, highlife, soul and hip-hop with remarkable warmth, ambition and humanity.

Presented across two 140g transparent blue vinyl LPs in a double gatefold sleeve. Ezra Collective will tour Australia in October 2026, including headline appearances at Move My Way festival in Melbourne and Sydney.
