A decade after its original release, DJ Shadow's The Mountain Will Fall returns in a special 10 Year Anniversary Edition, celebrating one of the pioneering producer's most adventurous and acclaimed albums.

Originally released in 2016, The Mountain Will Fall marked a bold new chapter in DJ Shadow's career. Expanding upon the sample-based approach that established him as one of modern music's most innovative producers, the album blends hip-hop, electronic, experimental and cinematic influences with original compositions, live instrumentation and a diverse collection of collaborators.

At the centre of the album is the Gold-certified Nobody Speak featuring Run The Jewels. Driven by Shadow's hard-hitting production and the unmistakable interplay of Killer Mike and El-P, the track became one of the record's defining moments and has enjoyed an extraordinary cultural afterlife through appearances across film, television and advertising.

Elsewhere, Shadow pushes into increasingly varied territory. Bergschrund features German composer and pianist Nils Frahm, Ashes To Oceans brings in British jazz trumpeter Matthew Halsall, while Pitter Patter features electronic producers Bleep Bloop and G Jones. Across the album, Shadow continually reshapes his sonic palette without losing the meticulous production and atmosphere that have defined his work.

This 10th Anniversary Edition is pressed across two 140g Black Vinyl LPs and housed in a premium gatefold jacket featuring new artwork by celebrated artist Paul Insect. Finished with spot gloss detailing, the package gives this landmark album a distinctive new presentation for its anniversary.
