Description
On Wallflower, Diana Krall brings her distinctive warmth and understated elegance to a carefully selected collection of songs spanning the 1960s to the present day.
The album features Krall’s interpretations of enduring favourites including The Mamas & The Papas’ “California Dreamin’,” the Eagles’ “Desperado” and Elton John’s “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word.” Its title comes from Bob Dylan’s “Wallflower,” reflecting the influence of the songwriters and performers who helped shape Krall’s musical world.
Produced by David Foster and supported by lush arrangements, Wallflower places Krall’s expressive vocals at the centre of these familiar songs. This limited edition is presented on grey double vinyl.
