Bonobo returns with Distance In Static, the highly anticipated new album from Simon Green and his first full-length release since 2022's acclaimed Fragments. Across the album, Green collaborates with an outstanding cast of artists including Arooj Aftab, Joy Crookes, Nilüfer Yanya, Ichiko Aoba, Nicole Miglis (Hundred Waters) and Aanya Martin. Lyrics appear in English, Urdu and Japanese, while historic Iranian samples and guzheng recordings intertwine with Green's signature blend of organic instrumentation and sophisticated electronic production.
Recorded across Los Angeles, Tokyo, London and beyond, with a significant portion completed at Neil Young's legendary Broken Arrow Ranch in California, Distance In Static is a richly layered and deeply immersive collection that highlights Bonobo's ability to connect global influences, emotive songwriting and intricate production.

This Signed Indies Exclusive edition is pressed on beautiful pastel blue 140g vinyl across two LPs and is housed in a deluxe 6mm spined sleeve with printed inner sleeves, an art-paper insert and exclusive artwork postcards.
